Terms and SMS Messaging Terms

These terms apply when you use azhomecash.com, request a property offer, or opt in to conversational text messages from AZ Home Cash.

Cash-offer requests and calls

Submitting our offer form asks AZ Home Cash to contact you by phone about the property inquiry you submitted. A request is free and does not require you to accept an offer or enter into a purchase agreement. Any potential purchase remains subject to property review, title review, mutually acceptable written terms, and signatures by the appropriate parties.

Optional SMS program

SMS participation is optional. You opt in only when you affirmatively check the unchecked SMS consent box on our cash-offer form or calculator lead form. You may submit a property inquiry without checking that box.

If you opt in, AZ Home Cash may send conversational messages concerning your property inquiry, including:

• Follow-up questions about the property;
• Cash-offer and transaction status updates;
• Appointment scheduling and reminders;
• Requested callback coordination; and
• Occasional marketing or follow-up messages about AZ Home Cash services related to your request.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call 602-462-8891, or email carlos@azhomecash.com.

Consent and privacy

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving an offer or purchasing any goods or services. Mobile information and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
